1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on COIN101COIN ("the platform", "we", "us") or by using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or otherwise misuse the platform.
4. Earning Activities
The platform offers several ways to earn:
- PTC (Surf Ads): Viewing short advertisements in your browser. Each ad has a specific viewing time and reward.
- CPC (Click Ads): Clicking on featured offers and ads.
- CPA (Tasks): Completing offers, surveys, signups, or other actions. Payment is contingent on offer-owner approval and may take time to validate.
- Referrals: Inviting new users via your unique link. You earn a commission on their earnings, as configured by the platform.
Reward amounts, minimums, approval criteria, and processing times are subject to change. The platform makes no guarantee of how much you can earn — earnings depend on your activity and the availability of offers.
5. Prohibited Behavior
You must NOT:
- Use bots, scripts, autoclickers, VPNs, proxies, or any automated tools to inflate earnings.
- Create or operate multiple accounts (including through family, friends, or shared devices).
- Refer yourself, or use fake accounts as referrals.
- Submit fake or fraudulent task completions, screenshots, or proofs.
- Attempt to bypass anti-fraud or security systems.
- Use the platform to launder funds or engage in illegal activity.
- Harass other users, spam, post abusive content, or attempt to deceive the support team.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or republish content from the platform without permission.
Violation will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and possible legal action.
6. Withdrawals & Payouts
Once you reach the minimum balance, you can request a withdrawal. We process withdrawals as quickly as possible, but processing times depend on the chosen payout method and verification status.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if fraud is suspected.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for funds lost due to incorrect details you submit.
- Any taxes on earnings are your responsibility under your local laws.
- Inactive accounts (no login for 6+ months) may have balances forfeited after written notice.
7. Advertisers
If you create campaigns as an advertiser:
- Your ads must comply with applicable laws and not promote illegal goods or services, hate speech, malware, adult content, or scams.
- You are responsible for the content of your ads, including all claims made and any required disclaimers.
- Campaign funds, once spent, are non-refundable except where fraud or platform error is proven.
- We reserve the right to review and remove any campaign that violates our policies.
8. Content & Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, text, and software on this platform are the property of COIN101COIN or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works without written permission.
Content you submit (support messages, profile information) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the platform will meet your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COIN101COIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or earnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the total amount you have earned on the platform in the past 30 days, or USD $50, whichever is lower.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COIN101COIN, its operators, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the platform ends immediately.
- Balances obtained through fraud or violation are forfeited.
- Legitimate pending balances may be processed at our discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
13. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including rewards, features, payout minimums, or referral commission rates. Material changes will be announced reasonably in advance whenever possible.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
